A culinary wizard, Sarah understands the benefits of eating healthy, natural foods. A former manager for Green Life Grocery and Whole Foods Market, Sarah also has extensive experience overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations at local restaurants. She has worked as the sous chef at Nikos Southside Grill and as the head chef at Alexian Village and Southern Star.
Since working at St. Peter’s, Sarah has crafted a thoughtful, balanced, and nutritious lunch program that is unparalleled among schools in Chattanooga. Her relentless work ethic, creative recipes, customer service, and professional experience have converged to ensure St. Peter’s offers a wholesome lunch menu at an affordable cost. A point of pride for St. Peter’s, the lunch program is a community partnership between the school and Whole Foods Market.
When she is not cooking or researching kid-friendly meals, Sarah enjoys traveling, specifically visiting places to expand her knowledge about traditional cooking and learn about emerging culinary trends. Sarah also enjoys spending time with her son, Isaac, who is a current St. Peter’s student.
