Healthy Meals

Good nutrition is paramount to student health and academic success. In keeping with this philosophy, St. Peter’s contracts with Whole Foods Market to provide a daily lunch service that features locally grown and thoughtfully prepared food.

The director of food services coordinates with Whole Foods Markets to design menus that students will enjoy. She also monitors student satisfaction and conducts taste tests to determine which foods are most popular. Each meal features a protein, fresh seasonal vegetable, starch, and fresh seasonal fruit, and whenever possible, meals will be organic and will always be locally sourced and unprocessed.

Because tuition costs do not include meals, the lunch program is an optional expense. Families are welcome to pack lunches for their children.
